-Do all teams need to participate in the Technical Paper Presentation Competition?
Every Concrete Canoe team wanting to qualify for Nationals must take part in the technical paper presentation competition and the business meeting, this year being hosted at the Steel Bridge Conference at the University of Massachusetts Amherst the evening of March 30th. If your school has both a steel bridge team and a concrete canoe team you will not need two separate entries, only one entry per school. However, if your school does NOT have a steel bridge team competing this year you MUST send a representative from your school to take part in the paper presentation competition and business meeting.
